So yeah, the White Stripes broke up yesterday. While I wasn’t an obsessive fan, I did enjoy their music from time to time. This Michel Gondry directed video for ‘Dead Leaves and the Dirty Ground’ is one of my favorites—love the projections.
Although a very close second is this video for ‘Blue Orchid.’ What can I say? I like Jack White when he’s uber-creepy. (Also, those torturous shoes Karen Elson is wearing seem to be from the Fetish Series by David Lynch and Louboutin. Right?)
